Pelkin’s Smokey Meat Market, located in Crivitz Wisconsin, can process / butcher your beef, pork, lamb and goat. All orders are processed according to your specifications and by appointment only. We follow all guidelines for sanitation procedures and our processing facility is HACCP Certified and Wisconsin State CIS inspected. This allows us to process beef and pork from outside of Wisconsin for resale in other states.
With our location in Northern Wisconsin (Crivitz), we can easily serve farmers throughout Wisconsin and Upper Michigan.
